These delicious Radicchio stills are from the film, Zegüt, by Alisa Lapidus and Natasha Subramaniam. I met Alisa and her boyfriend, Wesley, in August at the Thirsty Crow in Silverlake; I was fresh off the plane to LA and readying myself for a Danish-joyride to SF that would lead to a cross-country train excursion with Lauryn Gerstle. At the time, Alisa was blowing up food and stop-motioning the hell out of it (while not working as an animator for the LA Opera). Instant submission to all films about food, sorry.
